Recent News Vistra Completes Energy Harbor Acquisition March 5, 2024 On Friday, March 1, Vistra announced that it has completed the acquisition of Energy Harbor Corp., growing its leading integrated zero-carbon generation and retail electricity business with the addition of approximately 4,000 megawatts of 24/7 nuclear generation and approximately 1 million additional retail customers. FERC’s approval was the last regulatory approval needed for the companies to close the transaction. Vistra anticipates closing in the coming weeks.
